Job Title: Part-Time Data Entry Clerk Location: University City, San Diego Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Thursday

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Temporary Data Entry Clerk to support our client's administrative operations in University City, San Diego. This part-time position runs Monday through Thursday and is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a structured office environment.

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information within the company's databases and SharePoint system. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing accuracy, and the ability to follow established procedures with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SharePoint, comfortable navigating digital filing systems, and able to identify discrepancies in data to ensure clean, reliable records. This position will be an open-ended contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Description:

Perform accurate data entry into internal databases and SharePoint systems

Review, verify, and update information to ensure accuracy and completeness

Upload, organize, and maintain electronic documents within SharePoint

Conduct routine audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing data

Assist with general administrative tasks and document management as needed

Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized records and ensure proper digital filing standards

Support the team with additional clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow

Work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail

Adhere to deadlines and handle assigned tasks efficiently in a part-time environment

Qualifications:

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in SharePoint required

Comfortable navigating digital filing systems and databases

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Reliable, professional, and able to work Monday-Thursday on a part-time schedule

Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred

Position Details:

Onsite role

Open ended contract role, possible to go permanent

Compensation: $24.00-$29.00 per hour DOE

Located in University City, San Diego

Part-time, Monday- Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm PST (flexible on hours and schedule)
