Elite Express Service Technician

Position Responsibilities
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on Hyundai vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid top‑offs, and other express services
Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate service recommendations to service advisors
Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining high‑quality workmanship
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, representing Preston Hyundai Hurlock positively
Position Requirements
Automotive technician experience, preferably in express or fast‑lube environments
ASE certification or equivalent experience a plus
Hyundai factory training or willingness to complete manufacturer training preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude
Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and equipment as needed
