Reward Manager (HR) – CitySprint
Location: Hybrid role – Whiteley, England, United Kingdom. Contract: Fixed‑term 12 months.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum.

Job Overview CitySprint is seeking a Reward Manager to shape and deliver CitySprint’s reward strategy, working across HR and the wider business to design, implement and manage competitive reward frameworks.
Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain reward policies and processes that support organisational goals.
Lead delivery of annual reward activities such as pay reviews, bonus schemes and benefits enrolment.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews, analysing data for competitiveness and equity.
Provide guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on reward matters, including job evaluation, pay decisions and compliance.
Lead projects to enhance reward offerings, introduce new benefits or recognition programmes, and drive continuous improvement.
Support the Remuneration Committee (Remco) by preparing and presenting accurate reports, benchmarking data and recommendations.
Produce accurate reports and analysis for senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making and monitor effectiveness.
Ideal candidate qualifications
Strong understanding of reward principles, pay structures and benefits administration.
Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in reward practices.
Ability to manage end‑to‑end reward cycles and projects.
Objective, proactive, problem‑solving skills.
Proven experience in reward management, including pay and benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills and experience in market benchmarking and data interpretation.
Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks.
Experience managing annual reward cycles and related projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
