Job Title Tax Analyst I Position
Schedule Monday‑Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Candidate Must Have
Competent use of Microsoft software – specifically Excel
Ability to research and collect data as instructed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain a high level of confidence while performing
Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and multi‑task effectively
Experience with E‑Automate a plus
Prior sales and use tax experience a plus
Responsibilities
Assist Tax Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly data review and updates
Analyze tax trends and changes to determine all data is compliant
Internal audit of tax data within company database
Identify variances and errors to be researched and resolved
Perform research as needed to ensure data compliance
