Job Title Tax Analyst I – Full time
Schedule Monday‑Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Candidate must have
Competent use of Microsoft software – specifically Excel
Ability to research and collect data as instructed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain a high level of confidence while performing
Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and multitask effectively
Experience with E‑Automate (a plus)
Prior sales and use tax experience (a plus)
Duties will include but are not limited to
Assist the Tax Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly data review and updates
Analyze tax trends and changes to ensure data compliance
Conduct internal audit of tax data within the company database
Identify variances and errors, research, and resolve them
Perform research as needed to ensure data compliance
