Join our dynamic dealership family as a Parts Counter Person. We are a well-established Ford dealership, located in West Chicago with a successful track record in a dealership parts department. What You’ll Do
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle parts needs. Continuously develop knowledge of automotive parts and service Provide accurate quotes for parts to retail and service customers. Respond to inquiries about parts availability and pricing. Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as required. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionwith parts. Assist with the setup and organizationof the parts department Stay updated on industry trends by participatingin educationalopportunities and reading professional publications. Contribute to the dealership's reputation by fulfilling customer requests and providing excellent service. What You’ll Need
Experience with parts in a car dealership environment a plus Detail orientation and organizationskills. Valid state driver’s license. Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, internet use and dealership management system Verbal/writtencommunicationand presentationskills. Bilingual skills are advantageous! What We Offer

Compensation Range
