customer relationships and accounts
(small & large companies) Hands-on experience with
process development, documentation, and execution Ability to
manage resources
and execute processes effectively Strong
verbal and written communication skills
for both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to
multi-task and collaborate
with a team to meet customer needs Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Bonus Skills
Experience with
customer support applications
(Jira, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated
with strong
problem-solving skills Experience using
