Digital Specialist, Fundraising

Overview BattleAxe Digital is seeking a digital specialist to join our fundraising and direct response department. This is a full-time career track position with opportunities for internal advancement.

Description This is a mid-level job on the fundraising team at BattleAxe. You will work within a client team to execute the responsibilities listed below. You may be asked to lead clients autonomously with support from senior staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Loading and scheduling emails

Sending emails to clients

Creating specific audiences in NGP

Pulling hash files in NGP

Pulling reports

Generating optimization and content ideas

Participating in strategy discussions

Identifying issues with email deliverability and implementing strategy

Monitoring email performance

QAing emails

Core Competencies & Desired Behaviors

Good understanding of NGP reporting functions

Solid knowledge of email fundraising fundamentals

Ability to execute complicated testing

Basic understanding of email deliverability

Basic HTML

Basic NGP problem solving
