Manage and prioritize a pipeline of small business customer applications for software and payment processing Act as a liaison between prospective customers and payment processors through proactive communication Gather, prepare, and submit necessary documentation for the underwriting process Conduct outbound calls to acquire required documents and business information from prospective customers Support new merchants to reduce churn and enhance their onboarding experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years of experience in software support or sales Extreme attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership Excellent phone presence and strong professional writing skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while managing multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications
