Summary The Pricing Analyst plays a vital role in executing pricing procedures tailored to unique systems or state regulations, crucially supporting business operations between Pricing and Sales Execution. This position collaborates closely with the Pricing Execution Team and sales to ensure accurate pricing, credits, and rebates for customers in states with distinct systems. Through meticulous execution of duties, the Pricing Analyst contributes to surpassing objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage State Dedicated Systems: Oversee technical processes associated with state dedicated systems concerning credits, rebates, and allowances.

Ensure Accuracy in Pricing Procedures: Execute credits, rebates, and allowances in a consistent and accurate manner, minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Utilize Technology Effectively: Demonstrate strong technological capabilities to learn and troubleshoot within unique processing systems, ensuring accurate billing execution.

Support Supplier Programs: Assist with other supplier‑related Vistaar reimbursement programs, particularly regarding depletion allowances.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct periodic evaluations to troubleshoot and identify more efficient methods, minimizing pricing and billing issues.

Provide Analytical Support: Offer analytics support on a monthly basis for the pricing execution team as needed.

Cross‑Training and Backup: Cross‑train and serve as a backup for other pricing‑related positions as necessary.

What You Bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college preferred.

5 or more years of related experience in the industry with 2 years of experience within the pricing department.

Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
