Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software for customer interactions and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN required.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) in written and spoken communication.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand through excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package with strong pay‑for‑performance rewards. Expected base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
