Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote
Join Intuit as a seasonal, credentialed bilingual tax advisor to assist customers during the upcoming tax season.
Overview Intuit is seeking tax experts who hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney). We want you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.

What You Will Do In this role you will:
Help customers complete their taxes via Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
Use state-of-the‑art video communication software to interact with customers.
Document all interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
At least 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay for this position varies by location:
Bay Area, CA: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern CA: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington, DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
