Pay Details
Base pay: $56,000 - $85,000 per year.
Typical training salary: $55k – $65k.
First year total compensation (base, bonuses, commissions): $55k – $75k, with potential to earn over $100k for top performers.
Overview We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Westminster, CO office. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community.
Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
Lead, organize, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
Provide insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, and Life products, to meet customers' unique needs.
Maintain knowledge of insurance coverage, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings from top national and regional carriers.
Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a sales role where you successfully turned prospects into customers.
A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life.
Required Skills
Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
