This role is pivotal in ensuring that the CEO can focus on high-level strategic decisions while the Chief of Staff handles the day-to-day operations and coordination.**Scheduling:**Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, planning travel, and prioritizing tasks. **Advisory Role:**Provide recommendations and consultation to department leaders to improve teamwork and operational efficiency. * **Documentation:**Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.**The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field required.* 10+ years in a similar role, preferably in a high-level administrative or strategic position.* Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills* Able to handle confidential information with discretion* High level of professionalism and integrity.* Ability to work under pressure.**Base Salary**$150,000 - $200,000/yr**You Share Our Mission & Values:****Compassion**We act with empathy and a deep respect for the challenges faced by physicians and their patients.
