What You’ll Do:
Leading a high‑performing team of inside sales professionals toward ambitious targets
Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the sales team
Shaping onboarding and coaching programs to accelerate team development
Driving revenue growth by empowering team members to exceed quotas
Overseeing daily sales activities and refining strategies to maximize impact
Collaborating with field teams to deliver seamless territory execution
Championing CRM adoption to ensure accurate data and informed decisions
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent blend of education and experience
Experience inspiring and guiding teams to surpass commercial goals
Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and unlocking their sales potential
Proven record as a results‑driven inside sales professional
Business‑level fluency in both English and German for dynamic international communication
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and roles
Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
Familiarity with virtualization or storage technologies is an added advantage
