Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
We are hiring a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The role focuses on the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders under physician direction.
Salary Salary Range: $36 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders
Set up, operate, and maintain respiratory care equipment
Monitor physiological responses during therapy
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team
Document assessments, treatments, and patient outcomes
Qualifications Required
2-4 years of direct respiratory therapy experience
Current Respiratory Therapist license in the state
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work under stress and in emergencies
Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, and regulations in long‑term care
Preferred
Experience with multiple residents
Experience in an acute care respiratory unit or skilled nursing environment
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) system
