Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

In this role, you will be part of our Deployment Solutions team, partnering with top‑tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide smarter, faster solutions. Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) will, under moderate supervision, provide outbound marketing, disease state identification and education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Execute client‑directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations. Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system. Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Qualifications
BA/BS degree minimum required. Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success. Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Experience in high pressure and fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience. Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems. About Syneos Health

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on company and/or individual performance. Benefits
