Sign On Bonus-up to $1,000 . Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, and Weekend Shifts available. New Hiring Rate: $20.00. Several locations throughout Madison County areas, including Oneida, NY; Canastota, NY; Chittenango, NY.

Responsibilities

Provides individualized care as outlined in the individual's Life Plan or ISP.

Assists individuals in primary activities of daily living (toileting, feeding, cooking, cleaning) as outlined in the individual's ISP to promote independence.

Maintains files and produces service notes and documentation on assigned caseload.

Documents and submits reports to the program as outlined in the assigned department.

Maximized consumer's social skills in order to enable them to live in their community by providing activities in a community setting.

About the ARC’S Residence Program In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24‑hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents. They assist with personal care needs, cleaning, cooking, medications, and activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Valid NYS driver's license and 12 months driving history.

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferred.
