New hiring rate: $21.54***, sign‑on bonus up to $1000

SUMMARY:

To assist the Residence Manager in the daily operations of a residence such as:

Communicating with staff about any pertinent information in regards to resident behavior, nursing, clinical issues, etc.

Facilitates assessment and development of treatment goals and to ensure proper care for individuals.

Assists with scheduling and training of staff as needed.

About the ARC’S Residence Program:

In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24‑hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents. They assist with personal care needs, cleaning, cooking, medications, and activities.

Requirements – Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience working with developmental disabilities. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid NYS Class D Driver License with 12 months driving history.
