Your Job
Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
Proactive acquisition of new customers and long-term management of existing accounts
Strategic development of new market opportunities
Technical support (design-in) during product development and project support from concept to series production
Proactive presentation of latest technologies and generation of project-based business
Independent management of contract negotiations with customers and partners
Close collaboration with customers’ purchasing and R&D departments
Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify and leverage new business opportunities
Our Requirements
Strong sales mindset combined with solid technical expertise
Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or R&D
Native-level German and excellent English skills
Ability to identify, manage, and successfully close technical projects
High level of initiative with a strong interest in structuring and developing a sales territory
Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
