(varies with experience)
$300 sign‑on bonus

Qualifications:
4+ years of HVAC field experience
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
Experience removing and installing HVAC systems
Routine maintenance work
Training junior team members
Excellent client and customer communication
Ordering and maintaining equipment
Running pipe and duct systems through homes
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
