Overview We are seeking a Senior Account Director based in Texas to join our leadership team and build long‑term relationships with executive‑level clients, driving strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build trusting relationships with clients and present BairesDev services through meetings, listening to their wishes and concerns.
Create account plans and report on revenue/headcount growth to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors on a regular basis.
Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, assess customer needs, and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.
Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media.
Brought new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to achieve better results.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech Industry.
Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients.
Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT‑related degree) is a big plus.
Must be based in Texas, preferably Houston area.
Focused experience in Oil and gas (Energy) or SaaS.
