As senior leader at BairesDev, the Account Director is responsible for building long‑term relationships with clients at the executive level, driving strategic growth initiatives while managing key client account relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What You’ll Do

Build long‑term, trusting relationships with clients and present BairesDev’s solutions to potential clients through meetings, actively listening to their wishes and concerns. Develop account plans and report on revenue/headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors on a regular basis. Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, assess customer needs and deliver presentations on appropriate services. Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking and social media. Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to achieve better results. What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech industry. Strong experience in customer relationship management, closing deals and developing long‑term client relationships. Previous experience as a Software Engineer or related degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering) is a big plus. Must be based in Texas, preferably Houston area. Preferrred focus on Oil & Gas (Energy) or SaaS industries. How We Make Your Work (and Your Life) Easier
