Join our team as a full‑time Floating Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc. We are seeking a community‑inspired, passion‑driven individual with a can‑do attitude to perform essential maintenance and property upkeep across multi‑family apartment communities in South, FL. Key Requirements
Minimum 2‑3 years of maintenance experience in a multi‑family apartment community EPA 608 Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician license (strongly preferred) Ability to work independently on multi‑site or larger properties while collaborating with a team Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the South, FL region About Us

Perform daily repair and ongoing property upkeep Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and the Clean Air Act Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment Complete required training logs, reports, and documentation in a timely manner Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development Assist in property preventive maintenance planning Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and building and ground cleanliness Perform on‑call duties and occasional overtime Requirements
Education
– High school diploma or GED; industry‑related coursework preferred Experience
– Minimum two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience (or groundskeeper). Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Own basic tools as allowed by state laws. Skills & Certifications
– EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license (strongly preferred). Valid driver’s license required. Proficient in English for communication and record‑keeping. Benefits
