Customer Service Representative – Onsite or Remote
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative for First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard. This role is available both on‑site in Sioux Falls, SD and remotely, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and driving satisfaction.

Full Time: Monday‑Friday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm
Full Time: Monday‑Friday 12:00 pm‑9:00 pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm
Part Time: Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm‑9:00 pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm

About the Role
Answer inbound calls about our products and services.
Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations.
Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor.
Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit.
Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys.
Participate in team meetings.
Training
Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks.
Ongoing training opportunities for future success.
Pay Base wage starting at $17‑18.90/hr, with opportunities to increase take‑home pay.
Top 75% of associates eligible for incentives.
Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay.
Earn up to $3.50/hr additional when working non‑traditional hours.
Bilingual skills compensated with a 10% differential.
