Job Summary Acrisure is seeking a
Commercial Lines Client Advisor
to join our growing team. The role is a high‑income, competitive sales position focused on delivering insurance and advisory strategies to medium‑size and Fortune 500 companies. The candidate will use consultative‑selling techniques to propose solutions that reduce insurance dependency and boost performance. Success is measured by consistently exceeding quota, prioritizing target accounts and deeply understanding clients’ business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop a lead generation plan to obtain new clients.
Execute the lead generation plan using cold calls, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn, and other techniques.
Engage in the discovery process for all sales opportunities to understand the prospect’s top needs.
Act as a subject‑matter expert for clients by proactively providing insight into industry trends, solutions and business advice.
Create comprehensive, professional presentations for each target customer, focusing on key business pain points.
Coordinate and develop client proposals, providing guidance and market intelligence to ensure proposals meet or exceed standards.
Utilize the agency’s sales‑tracking technology to forecast sales, report pipeline progress and maintain up‑to‑date activity reports.
Track sales successes and efforts.
Requirements
Strong sales abilities and relationship‑building skills.
Professionalism in a virtual or in‑person work environment.
Experience in improving customer service operations.
Willingness to participate in self‑development and technical training.
Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4–6 years of insurance‑specific consultation and sales experience (preferred).
Current insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
Ability to work toward professional designation.
