The Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) is part of the Deployment Solutions team, partnering with top‑tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to deliver smarter, faster solutions. Under moderate supervision, the VSS provides outbound marketing, disease state identification, education, and inbound customer support in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Execute client‑directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.

Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.

Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of products to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.

Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.

Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent territory coverage according to a plan of action.

Administer territory information and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree (minimum required).

Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented success.

Expert selling skills with strong verbal and written communication; ability to present complex information clearly.

Experience in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.

Preferred

Psychology background and 1+ year of specialty sales experience.

Virtual sales experience.

Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts.

Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
