What You Will Do
Be the face of our community—welcome prospects, show them around, and highlight our features and amenities. Close the deal—turn prospects into happy residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications. Engage with residents—create programs to keep residents happy and build a sense of community. Support community operations—provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional. Stay compliant—follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment—follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management. What You Bring To The Team

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus. Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends. Parental Leave: after six months eligible for four weeks primary caregiver or two weeks secondary; after two years eligible for twelve weeks primary caregiver. Tuition Reimbursement: up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved tuition with repayment if employment terminates before 24 months.
