Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance
Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including aptitude for customer relationship building
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales, focusing on revenue growth and customer relationship management
Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
