JR100089**Join our team as our next Maintenance Technician at Centerline!**Centerline at Glendale is a newly opened, 186-unit affordable housing community, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in quality work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a residential community. If you’re someone who likes variety in your day, values teamwork, and thrives in a role where your work truly makes a difference for residents, we’d love to meet you.**What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:*** Complete routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliance, and building systems to keep the community running smoothly.* Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure our property always looks its best.* Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas to support safety, cleanliness, and great curb appeal.* Respond quickly and professionally to resident requests while delivering excellent customer service.* Assist with seasonal tasks, vendor coordination, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.* Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and supplies.* Perform other property support duties as needed.* Two or more years of maintenance experience in property management or a related trade.* Valid driver’s license, insurance, and an insurable driving record.* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.* EPA HVAC Type II or Universal required; CPO certification required within 90 days if not already held.* Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently.**Compensation & Benefits:*** Competitive salary starting at $25-$28/hour!* Medical, dental, and vision insurance.* Long-term and short-term disability coverage.* 18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays each year.* 401(k) plan with a 6% company match.* Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts.* Additional voluntary benefits, development opportunities, and service milestone recognition.**Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer.** #J-18808-Ljbffr
