Job Mission As a Regional Sales Representative for our Southern Region Sales Territory, you will manage the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Key responsibilities

Ensure sales growth by developing new business through sales leads, new customer prospecting and existing accounts.

Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and Piab Group.

Resolve client issues and complaints.

Anticipate account changes and improvements.

Manage communications between clients and internal teams.

Strategic planning to improve client results.

Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.

Key interfaces You will report directly to the Senior Regional Sales Manager and the position is Hybrid (work from Marietta, GA Office/Home Office). In this role, you are required to act accordingly to the Piab Code of Conduct and to follow Piab values, mission, and routines.

Skills and abilities

Self‑motivated and capable of working independently out of a home‑based office.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong presentation and sales skills.

Strong business acumen.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Extensive travel within the territory is required.

Experience and educational background

Minimum of 1–2 years of successful business development or inside‑sales experience with an industrial product line.
