THE JOB As a Convention-Banquet Assistant Chef at Vdara, you will ensure the highest quality and proper presentation of food for events, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Your warm smile and attentive service will enhance the atmosphere for guests, allowing you to connect with them and understand their unique stories and needs. DAY-TO-DAY
Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guests efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is 21+ years of age
2+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume setting
Has a High School Diploma or GED
