New Home Consultant The New Home Consultant at Lennar manages the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, creating a "tickled, delighted and happy" customer experience. This role involves daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.

Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.

Follow through consistently with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, keeping accurate communication records.

Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.

Maintain the presentation of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.

Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.

1–2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical & Office Requirements The position requires regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices. It involves walking in all weather conditions and uneven surfaces, operating computer equipment, and lifting supplies up to 25 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits Base compensation ranges from an hourly rate of $17.31 to $17.00, subject to adjustments based on qualifications, geographic differentials, and operational considerations.

Eligible for bonuses.

Eligible for commissions.

Eligible for described benefits per company policy.
