What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager/Director to align client goals with service delivery
Manage financial and data processes, including payment requests and budget reconciliation
Coordinate attendee experiences and manage on-site services for events
Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team and assist with training and onboarding
Participate in congress management and support services for life science accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
College degree or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the meetings industry, specifically in operations
Proficient in Cvent and knowledgeable about virtual and hybrid event options
Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with database management programs such as Lanyon
