What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary contact for the operations team and elevate issues to the Customer Success Manager as necessary
Lead event planning and management for significant client programs, ensuring adherence to client expectations
Analyze and improve operational systems and processes to enhance service delivery
Track and manage client budgets while identifying financial opportunities post-program
Build proactive relationships with high-volume client meeting owners and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing meetings and events
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
Strong oral and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
Experience with managing program lifecycles, including reconciliation
Must be able to travel up to 35% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
Familiarity with Cvent and database management programs
Experience working in a virtual office environment
Proximity to client headquarters offices
Ability to train account team/planners on specific account processes and needs
