Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Proficient in MS Office software and CRM technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in educational sales or familiarity with the educational market
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels of an organization
Demonstrated success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
