Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' workflows to maximize the benefits of solutions
Provide tailored demonstrations and training sessions to showcase product value
Manage escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions to complex issues
Collaborate with clients to design and develop user-friendly dashboards for actionable insights
Assist clients in integrating data feeds and troubleshooting related issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, international trade, or finance from an accredited university
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a strong business analysis background
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently while being part of an integrated team structure
Preferred Qualifications
Prior professional experience in a similar position is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver specific business outcomes within deadlines
Familiarity with data analysis and public speaking skills
Experience in creating and developing presentations and training materials
Interest in continuous self-learning and adapting to new products and processes
