What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Triage incoming support tickets, ensuring accurate routing and timely acknowledgment in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Handle payroll inquiries, providing accurate and prompt support on various topics including payslips and deductions
Manage live messaging channels to assist employees in real‑time, escalating issues as necessary
Maintain organized ticket documentation, ensuring accurate logging of all interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with Payroll Specialists and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and enhance payroll processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
General knowledge of payroll practices and country‑specific regulations
Experience in managing high volume payroll queries related to payroll tools or platforms
Strong focus on customer service excellence with the ability to provide timely and empathetic responses
Solid investigative skills to identify and resolve payroll‑related issues
Fluent in written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working remotely is considered a plus
