Handle payroll inquiries, providing clear and prompt support on topics such as payslips and tax documentation
Manage live messaging channels to support employees in real time, escalating issues when necessary
Maintain organized ticket documentation, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are logged accurately
Collaborate with Payroll Specialists and Operations teams for smooth issue resolution and process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
General knowledge of payroll practices and country-specific regulations
Experience handling high volume payroll queries and using payroll tools or systems
Strong focus on customer service with the ability to provide empathetic and timely responses
Solid investigative skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working remotely is considered a plus
