Role Overview The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls, texts, and emails, actively sell moving services and supplies, and follow up aggressively on missed leads. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective customers

Actively sell and book moving services and add-on products

Follow up on missed calls and unclosed leads with urgency

Explain pricing, services, and policies confidently

Confirm scheduled moves and follow up post-move to request reviews

Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Coordinate with operations to prepare for moves and resolve issues

Maintain accurate CRM records and notesIdentify objections and improve close rates

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in phone sales (minimum 2 years)

Demonstrated ability to close and hit measurable conversion targets

Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Ability to work remotely with a professional setup

Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up

Professional and composed when handling unhappy customers

Experience in moving or home-services sales

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
