What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations

Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting

Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills

Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as SalesForce

Experience in the educational services industry or related fields

Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
