What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify upsell opportunities.

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations.

Effectively manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting.

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to drive sales strategies.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills.

Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the educational services industry or a related field.

Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management.
