Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Data Entry Clerk—an energetic individual ready to support the legal services industry. Join our Data Entry Team.

Corporate headquarters: Spicewood, Texas.
Founding member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA).
About the position
Input data onto the computer database accurately and timely.
Enter new client files onto the database.
Collect payment upfront from new clients needing service.
Assist in sorting, packing, and mailing petitions to be filed with the court.
Perform general clerical functions as needed.
Create work reports as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Multi‑tasking ability.
Accuracy in grammar and spelling.
Team player, committed to team results.
Benefits, Compensation, Hours, and Benefits
Pay: $15 per hour.
Full Time: Monday ‑ Friday, 8 am ‑ 5 pm.
MEC – Minimum Essential Coverage Health Plan – after 60 days of service.
Dental / Vision plan – immediate upon hire.
Ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year – after 6 months of service.
Paid Time Off (PTO) – after 6 months of service.
401(k) savings plan – after 1 year of service.
Casual work environment.
