Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions to ensure compliance and accountability. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in collection processes. Contact customers to ensure overdue payments are resolved efficiently and professionally. Manage both commercial and consumer collections, adhering to company guidelines and standards. Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding payment terms and conditions. Analyze and report on collection activities to provide insights into trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections. Strong understanding of credit and billing collection processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions. Ability to handle sensitive financial issues with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with collection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
