As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will learn our business from the ground up, starting with our core AT&T sales operations. This is a commission-driven role designed to turn ambitious individuals into successful business owners.
Key Functions of an Entry Level Management Associate:
Master the sales cycle for AT&T Fiber and Wireless through direct customer engagement. Lead by example, consistently hitting sales targets to set the pace for the team. Consult with customers directly provide high-speed Internet and mobile solutions. Cross-train in recruitment, human resources, and back-end business operations. Conduct daily training sessions for new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge. Manage a small team’s performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results. Oversee territory distribution and sales tracking for the Tyler market. Work closely with the CEO to learn the financial and administrative sides of consulting.
