Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager

Engage directly with customers daily to present and sell AT&T’s premier Fiber and Wireless solutions. Conduct in-person consultations to identify client needs and close sales on the spot. Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to AT&T services. Master the technical specifications of AT&T’s high-speed Internet and Wireless packages to provide expert recommendations. Track and report daily sales metrics to ensure individual and team targets are met. Participate in morning strategy meetings to optimize territory management and outreach. Maintain a professional brand image while representing both Mindset Engine and AT&T. Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
