Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients and providers Explain insurance billing, statements, and payment options clearly and professionally Process payments, assist with account inquiries, and document interactions accurately Escalate complex billing or reimbursement issues to appropriate teams Maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Customer service in the healthcare or medical billing background Strong verbal and written communication with excellent active listening skills Ability to clearly explain complex information in a friendly, professional manner High attention to detail with solid problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and multiple systems; bilingual skills a plus but not required Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
