Minimum 3 months experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or administrative support Ability to work First Shift or Night Shift, including overtime as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills Experience working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed Job Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and support Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related inquiries Maintain accurate employee records and HR files Assist with employee relations, coaching, and issue resolution Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace regulations Partner with operations and leadership teams to support workforce needs Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture Safety Guidelines
