Position:
Cross Business Consultant We are looking for mid‑level consultants with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience who bring analytical thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
Ability to quickly understand client environments, identify challenges, and contribute practical solutions.
Experience in business and/or IT consulting, including digital transformation, process optimization, system implementation, or project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing high‑quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
Comfortable leading or supporting client meetings and workshops.
Advanced PowerPoint skills and an eye for visually compelling presentations.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.
Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory).
Based in Madrid or Barcelona, available for a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% onsite).
Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), ITIL, or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) are a strong plus.
Tasks
Deliver impactful technology and business transformation projects for leading companies across multiple industries.
Support both IT and business functions in strategic and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement practical solutions for clients.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
