Growing company in Irving, TX is looking for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their successful team.
Customer Service Representative Answering Inbound Phone Calls Providing Outstanding Customer Service Help/Assist and work with Dealers/Customers Data Entry - Write up and Log new orders Provide Basic pricing/quotes and stock availability Follow-up on and log contact information for orders available for pick-up Answer Email Communication Problem Solve by listening and coming up with solutions or help Able to work in group/team setting Bring Energy and excitement to each interaction/phone-call Hours Monday - Friday tbd: 7a-330p/730a-4p/6a-230p
Must be team oriented, task driven, energetic, bilingual, outgoing and friendly and be able to handle different types of personalities.
Pay will be contingent on experience and interview: $18 - $20/hr.
